All original wills or powers of attorney prepared by my firm in 2001 or later were provided to clients at the time of signing. We did not retain signed copies. Any will prepared by my firm prior to 2001, the original of which was in my possession at the time of retirement, has been delivered to Neil Kisbee, Barrister & Solicitor, 122 Albert Street, Oshawa, 905-571-1404.   

The original of all documents related to past matters (real estate, corporate or estates), were provided to clients in a reporting letter on the completion of the matter which would include a complete list of all enclosures including original documents. 

I do not have access to the closed files of Jeffrey G. Brown (retired 2011) or Freeman J. Reid (retired 1995).
